What have I been doing?....

Well, I thought I would take the bull by the horns and Gooooo for it
LOL

I've been itching to have a go at trying my hand at some of the beautiful patterns in my new book

and when they say LITTLE flowers, they REALLY mean LITTLE flowers!!
LOL

This is such tiny and intricate work but SO much fun,

The Whole picture is only 5in by 6in

so it gives you some idea of just how tiny the flowers are!

I've just the Daisy petals to do today and it's finished.

Happy new week :)

  4. Hi dearest Summer :))))) I hope I find you well dear lady , and without a seconds hesitation My eyes are upon what can only be described as a perfect unimpeachable example of miniature hand painted sculptured silk embroidery if embroidery be the apt wording for this most microscopic infinitesimal art work of the highest caliber , by mind is overwhelmed by the intricacy of this work dear Summer , did I not say this be your forte , all those endless hours of cross stitch perfectly aliened , your interaction with tapestry but most importantly the aptitude of physical and mental discipline to apply ones self to the piece at hand , AND FOCUS ONES ATTENTION above ALL else ..I am without doubt astonished at the work''woman''ship shown here given that your peacock and practice piece be your only insight into this material , and that you have hand coloured each of the ribbons used to bring about this wonderful life study with all its variables of shade tone and colour that the piece be as realistic as possible to natures intended liking , one wishes NOT that you rush this wonderful piece of majestic art , but awaits with baited breath its finalization ..Breathtakingly beautiful study in silks dearest Summer Sooooooo love it :))))) .Dear Summer as always my respects Ban :))))))))
