Hi dear Summer Sooooo good to be here at last:)))) , and what sensory delights doth the lady bring forth to brighten our day:)))..t'is the Pansies of genus Viola , the word Pansy from the French word pensée, "thought", and from a time when not all were able of written word its simple symbol represented of remembrance and freedom , known by many as"heart’s-ease"s from the Greek "cheerfulness of mind" , as pertaining to the woman that takes the veil rather than marriage hence named "humble violet" , this little flower holds many names in many languages for many stories relate to the name but of all what amazes me the most is that Scandinavia , Scotland , and Germany , all know the Pansy as the stepmother again with associated story ..my favorite name from the Italian flammola (little flame) :)))) for what flashing light from its petals bright does shine .A beautiful flower once deemed a weed now finds home in many a garden and don't we give thanks :)))))..Which brings me to your nonpareil of lustrous pollinating corolla , that you have captured for us so flawlessly in the immaculate . Dear Summer how you have captured for us the all solids of the pansy , no blotch "Medora".or bullseye present here , but Cool wave , Delta monet , And Acquarelle , visualized here in all there glory , wonderful just so wonderful an encapturement and absolutely perfect in colouration to Swallow Tail gardens 1889 and 1893 presentation of flower ..the staining from eye through petal so perfectly presented not to excess , with modern cross pollenation the staining has veined through the entire petal to a multitude of variable and whilst pretty not true to original creation ..and that you bring this jewellery box of gems before us in but an afternoon complete with pollen gathering clade Anthophila..busy taking its need whilst pollinating each flower in turn in complete harmony in giving unto each other , is just absolutely miraculous in the ultimate , your creative instinct is so tuned to whatever subject you apply your self too . It is credit to you that you know and store to mind so accurately your subject from life experience, or study what ever subject until you know said subject intimately .having such beautiful meadows as you do , about you, with all that they bare fruit to each year must serve as a vast visual natural reference library to you .. in what ever case dear Summer , your creative insight enables you to produce such visually wonderful pieces of art , for which I thank YOU so much for sharing , especially for one who awaits impatiently for spring and summer , amidst snow hail and howling winds , roll on spring dear lady roll on spring hahahahaha :)))))) ..as ALL WAYS dear Summer I remain yours with respect Ban :))))))) YOU never fail to amaze me :)))) .. " Go raibh maith agat " ^~~^
Hi Summer, I love the ribbon embroidery. These colors are so gorgeous. As a child, I remember having a sweater with a similar design. Wishing you a wonderful day. Mildred
